About Us

We are an E-Commerce platform providing a one-stop shopping experience for Branded and Designer fashion accessories from overseas, mainly the UK and the USA operating since 2013.

Pricing

We were established in 2013 in Manchester, United Kingdom. In the UK, we bought products that were on sale, thus we got them at a discounted price. Sometimes we would buy products from Outlets in the UK and USA with discounted prices as well.

We now have several suppliers and manufacturer’s official distributors that have appointed us and have agreed to sell to us at wholesale price.

Some of the products are also ‘out of season’ products which are normally sold at discounted prices.

This is how we can sell the products at a discounted price compared to most retail prices around the world.

No, our online and showroom price is the same.

- All products sold on Fashrevo.com are guaranteed authentic. Fashrevo purchases it's goods via authorized dealers or respected industry wholesalers and distributors. All new items are guaranteed authentic.

- Our goal is to provide the best service with the best possible pricing. We occasionally conduct our own research and testing to make sure that all of our products are genuine and authentic.

- We also provide the original manufacturer’s manual / receipt / warranty book together with the goods. Watches also come with the original manufacturer’s box.

We are authorised resellers for most of our watches- Aries Gold, Aigner, Anne Klein, French Connection, Kenneth Cole, Nixon, Nine west, Police, Timex and Ted Baker.

We are serious when we state that we are not going to sell any non authentic goods. Not even a AAA grade product.

- We always select and buy items which we think are in good condition. However, from experience, we have learnt that some items bought from Outlets, will not be 100% perfect. For example, there will sometimes be minor scratches on the body, handle or hardware. If you are a very fussy buyer we recommend to come into the showroom and view the item first before purchasing.

Installment and Payment

How can I make an installment? 

We have several installment options:

 

SPLIT payment (Installment for 2 months or 3 months): On checkout on our website choose the SPLIT option. After payment is confirmed, a link will be sent to your email. The link will direct you to the payment page. Upon successful, the payment will be deducted from your bank and we will deliver the item straight away. The payment will be auto deducted the following month.

(Currently only available to customer from Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei)

HOOLAH payment (Installment for 3 months): On checkout on our website choose the ATOME option. After payment is confirmed, you will re-direct to the payment page. Upon successful, the payment will be deducted from your bank and we will deliver the item straight away. The payment will be auto deducted the following month.

ATOME payment (Installment for 3 months): On checkout on our website choose the ATOME option. After payment is confirmed, you will re-direct to the payment page. Upon successful, the payment will be deducted from your bank and we will deliver the item straight away. The payment will be auto deducted the following month.

MAYBANK and Public Bank Credit Cards (Installment for 6 months/12 months): Using your Maybank / Public Bank credit card, you have the option of a six month or 12 month installment. You will receive the item right away. Only applicable in our showroom. This option will include a one-time admin fee of RM 30.

Returns

We guarantee a 100% refund/replacement ONLY:

  • If goods are missing during our handling or broken (not working) during delivery
  • If the goods are deemed not working after arrival (for watches)
  • If the goods have got clear physical damage
  • If the items are out of stock after a booking has been made (unless the customer wants to change the order with a different item in stock)

However, customers have to make a report to us and fill in the refund form request on the SAME DAY OF ITEMS ARRIVAL and email to admin@fashrevo.com . We cannot make a refund for an item that has been worn and used after one day. The product must be returned within 3 days from the day of complaint. Alternatively, you can post the item back to us at your own cost (please provide us the tracking number within 3 working days)

For watch under warranty:

Returns, Replacements or Repairs must be coordinated with the Fashrevo team. Please send the item, with your purchase warranty booklet and/or gift receipt and a note with your returned watch stating the reason for the repair (the problem you are having with the watch).

 

All return item for replacement must include the following information with your package:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Full return address
  • Phone number
  • Description of the problem
  • A check or money order made out to Fashrevo Sdn Bhd (RM20 for domestic or $30.00 USD international) to cover return shipping and handling.

 

Please note: All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original shipping and product packaging and tags in place. We will not accept any return if the product's tag is not in place, shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Can I get a refund on the item that I don’t like?

There is no exchange or refund once payment is made unless the item has defects or is out of stock. However, you can sell the item with our ‘Sell your preloved’ or exchange your bag with our ‘Trade in bag’ programme.

We don’t issue refunds for issues like minor scratches. We always select and buy items which we think are in good condition. However, we have learnt that some items bought from Outlets will not be 100% perfect. For example, there will sometimes be minor scratches on the body, handle or hardware. If you are a very fussy buyer we recommend to come into the showroom and inspect the item first before purchasing.

How much is the rate for delivery?

Delivery rate for one item depends on the country of delivery and type of product bought.

 

Do you deliver to my country?

We do delivery worldwide unless your country is on an economically-banned list internationally. We also offer COD in Semenanjung Malaysia only, Same day delivery to the Lembah Klang area, and Next day airport pickup to Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Baharu, Kuala Terengganu, Alor Setar & Langkawi

 

When will you deliver my item?

Delivery cut off time is 12pm for normal & pushed delivery. For same day delivery, cut off time is 5pm.

We do delivery worldwide unless your country is on an economically-banned list internationally.

We also offer COD in Semenanjung Malaysia only, Same day delivery to the Lembah Klang area, and Next day airport pickup to Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Baharu, Kuala Terengganu, Alor Setar & Langkawi

NORMAL DELIVERY - Our normal delivery will be on Tuesday and Thursday. Pushed delivery is the delivery that is pushed to either Monday, Wednesday and Friday if the customer has missed the normal delivery day.

SAME DAY DELIVERY - Same day delivery is the delivery that will be made and received on the same day. Same day delivery only applicable to the Lembah Klang area.

CASH ON DELIVERY - COD is cash on delivery (ONLY applicable in SEMENANJUNG MALAYSIA). 

It is an option where with a deposit of RM30, you can pay the remaining balance when the item arrives at your house or otherwise if the item does not pick your interest, you can choose to decline the item but Fashrevo will keep the RM 30 deposit. Important to note that COD is NOT SAME DAY DELIVERY. COD delivery time will be around the same time as normal delivery. 

After your purchase is confirmed, our team will proceed with shipment and will email/sms the tracking number to you. If you don't receive any tracking number please contact our customer service.
